ordered a white '04 through gillman in austin about 3 weeks ago. they called me friday, a day before i am to pick it up, and tell me it was sold to someone else through the dealer they were getting it from. so im out my evo. they said they were sorry and wouldnt give me a good deal on any others! so im looking AGAIN!! anyone have a white evo to get rid of???

Man I'm really, really sorry. This kind of behavior seems common with them. I originally ordered my evo through them. Dealt with them for six months after I moved from Houston. My car was coming in, they called me and said it was off the truck, they said they had two apex silvers, one with sunroof and one without, I was very adimate about the fact that I did not want a sunroof at all, would not take one no matter what, well the next day when I was supposed to pick mine up they had magically lost the one without a sunroof and were trying to charge me like $5k over sticker because it was a "very limitted production car and probably the only year it would be brought over" I called around and found a good deal in San Antonio, the next day as I was driving my car home some Goldwater or some name like that dude from Gillman of Austin calls me trying to bully me into picking up the car saying that everyone was charging that price, to humor myself I did not tell him that I had already picked one up but did tell him the price I found in San Antonio, he immediately said that he would give me the one with the sunroof for the same price as the dealer in S.A. was selling me the one with out. I told him I just didn't want the sunroof, blew his mind lol

 

I Think This Is The Worst Dealership In The Nation... When I First Went For A Test Drive, The Dealer Had To Drive It Off Of The Lot For "saftey Reasons". He Punched It To About 115mph Then Hit The Brakes. He Wanted To Sell Me That Carand I Said No Thanks You. The Car Only Had 260 Something Miles On It. I Made Them Order Me One. Still Screwed Me!
