Why is the MR listed as heavier on the Mitsu website? GSR and RS also have ACD and new front diff, MR has lighter wheels and roof. Why is the MR heavier? ABS vs. RS w/out ABS?

it was supposed to be lighter than the gsr by 300 lbs. that is what mitus first said. i think that its actual weight is closer to 40 or so more than the gsr. all the stuff it gained, and all the did was make an aluminum roof for weight loss.

I have 3 Evo MR RS cars.... You get the MR in both RS and GSR. The Euro verison of RS is only in 5-speed and with LSD back diff. But it's a fast car, much faster than other Evo cars with 280BHP.

The heaviest EVO is the GS-R(VIII) with S/S/L. Second is the MR Edition. Third is the GS-R(VIII). Lastly is the lean mean RS model.
