I've lost all faith in Mitsh Dealership

I personally can't trust them anymore. Everytime since I've had my car, whenever I take my car to the dealership, they fix one problem and create 4 more problems for my car.

I think it'll be a while before I could start to trust a Mitsu dealership. Like 5 years or so, if they're still around.

I've had brake problems for 1 1/2 week because they didn't know how to work on cars and now I can't get my 4th gear to stay in place.

...

It all depends who you go to out there. There's some good ones and bad ones. With Mitsu the good ones just happen to be in the minority.

damn... I had to drive 4 hours to Alabama for my clutch install, now my 4th gear wont stay in place. It's popping out whenever I'm pushing boost.

Now, I have to go to some dealership in Atlanta and wait to have them tell me that it's my fault and it's my BRAND NEW ACT clutch that's causing the problem and charge me $1000000000 for their labour and for not being covered under their worthless 5 year drive train warranty.

I hate them SOOO much! I'm afraid for my car when they take my transmission apart tomorrow.

The money as well but I'm about 100% that they'll f uck up something else after fixing whatever the problem is.

They told me they've never done a transmission work on an evo before. That's the O'Brian Mitsubishi in Atlanta, because god help me I'm not going near any of RICK Case dealership or Ed Voyle.

That seems odd. You should take out the battery and the tray and make sure the shifter cables are connected properly to the tranny.

I have had lots of cars and by far the worst dealership is West Palm Mistubishi In Florida So I feel your pain.... I just try to fix it myself that way I know it was done right.

Ok, just talked to O'Brian mitsubishi, master tech was riding with me and duplicated the 4th gear popping.

4 hours later the service manager, Jonas is a nice guy, told me that the district manager told him to tell me to go back to Bill Penney mitsu in Alabama where I got my clutch install.

They didn't even give me a reason why I should drive 4 hours to Alabama with a 4th gear popping out, considering if I downshift to 4th in highway speed, I have a likely chance of blowing my engine up.

The district manager is on crack!

I call 1888 mitsu2004 and talk to some crazy bltch who likes being sarcastic and talking over me. She didn't understand any of the situation and was trying so hard to dictate the conversation without listening to me at all. I told her I was talking to the wrong person, she tells me she's the manager, which she isn't, and that she's the only one there.

I call back after she hang up on me while Im still talking to her, I talk to another lady and she took care of me.

I'm going to trade this car in for an STI. As Much as I love my Evo, I can't stand Mitsubishi Family of ****** and their service philosophy.

Least STI transmission don't break and they're better in service than Mitsubishi. Anything is better than Mitsubishi service.

I'm so mad right now. Brand new clutch and can't even drive it....

they want you to go back to the other dealership because then they'll be able to pin it on the mechanic and get it fixed for you. just let em know that the other district manager told you to come back and get in touch with this district manager through this dealership.
