when going slow keeping it in 3rd gear, then flooring, i've noticed my boost gauge doesnt shoot to 19psi it stops around 15psi, but then the next gear will get it up to 19psi and then of course tapers to 16psi.

Is this a problem or maybe ive never really noticed, car is brand new
