Greddy Titanium exhaust fit both JDM & US spec Evo?

I asked one of the apex'i guys if their jdm catback would fit a us evo and it said it would fit with an easy modification. He said it might be an inch or two shorter where it connect to the cat.
It might be because the jdm evo's don't have the same cat or something so if you had a testpipe it would probably work.
