YES STOP DRIVING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, the squek is from the warning tab on your pads, and the grinding is the posts of the pads, grinding into your rotors!!!!!!!!!!!, if you keep driving, instead of just resurfacing your rotors, you will probably need new ones and they always suggest you change them in pairs, unless you want to upgrade to slotted rotors!

You have probably reached the wear indicators, which make this horrible squeek which gets louder and louder. I am not sure about the EVO, but when this happened on previous cars I have owned, it wrecked the rotors pretty bad. This was after drivng for several months with the noise. If you can refrain from driving till you get new pads and the rotors turned, the less damage you will do.

I'm getting the squeeking part after my car came out of the car wash, is it normal ?

It only happens at very very very low speeds (5mph ~ 10mph)

^^^ Your brakes could be glazed... Give it a good running and mash'em once or twice to get a good bite on them again.. That could make the noise go away...

If you wash your car then drive for alittle bit when braking at low speeds that is normal but it should go away after alittle bit
