Many mags have their issues laid out / printed months in advance, probably too late to do anything about it.

I thought they were somewhere in Georgia, right? I got this magazine last week also and was telling my dad that I had heard lots of bad things about BS, but I had no idea they had closed down.

Kind of off topic but does anyone have that video of the engine blowing up?? Those are the horror stories that make me worry about modifying any car.

the thing was nothing more than a dyno queen built on hopes and dreams... and parts that weren't necessarily owned by george himself. i wrote turbo a while back explaining what i knew about the situation right after i heard that they were running a cover on the car, but they did'nt even so much as give me a reply back. it did come close to 1000whp in 2wd on the dyno, but that was with nitrous and the thing died shortly after once again...

Just to clarify....Georges car did not blow up on our dyno...the intercooler pipe popped off, while they ran 34psi through the engine, taking the radiator hose with it and spraying hot water everywhere...not really what I would consider a blow up!!!..I still say with some proper tuning and a bit more thought the car certainly had the potential to obtain a figure near 1000 bhp

Get real man. I know that you are a good guy and only trying to protect your business, but popping a radiator pipe and the car has potential- common- Is that why the turbo of the car was shredded after that incident and BS needed to pull the motor again, so they can build it one more time ..... So for those, who do not know, the car was full of s**t like the owner himself. Build on parts with other people's money, with no concept or any idea of what exactly was expected from the car in performance and 1000hp myth created by the biggest as****e I have ever seen. Turbo Magazine did make a big mistake in that issue and should appologize in the next issue and clear the myth around the BS company, but even is they knew, they were still not going to stop the print of the issue, since that is created months in advance so it will be hard to replace the article and the artwork with something unussual from the motor world, which just be coincidence popped out from somewhere.

Great job on the artwork on the cover- The guy behind the steering wheel looks like a criminal running from the cops - RIGHT ON>>>>>>>

Can you imagine taking your EVO to Boosted Solutions for some performance installs, only to pick it up days later and driving home thinking the car was slower than before....pulling over to the side of the road, popping the hood only to find a Lancer ES motor in your Evolution. What abunch of crooks!!
