EGT gauge temperature/boost vacuum?
Does anybody know the normal egt temp for the evo VIII when idling and WOT? and what should the vacuum reading be ? thanks for any help

p.s the egt probe is installed on the exhaust manifold.

I see about 500C at idle, up to 780C at WOT (probe in the exhaust runner all the way at the passenger side). Boost maxes out around 1.6 (metric).

500 C = 932 F
780 C = 1436 F
1.6 Bar = 23.206 Psi
