I find this amazing! I've had nothing but fast responses to any emails I've sent. Everytime I've called someone answered the phone and was very helpful. Trying not ask a stupid question, but are you sure you're contacting the right place?

ordered an exhaust from them. took a week to ship it, which is a little long in my opinion, but the end product was WELL worth the wait. finish/fit is great and the sound is outstanding. hope you get it resolved and get the product. it is worth it....

positive... I have sent them emails threw thier web site, I have called using the phone # from thier web site, and I have PM'd the rep on this site RnR Racing MANY times and I have gotten Zero response... I see he is online right now and has not answered any of the PMs I sent him yesterday, hopefully he will respond to this thread

I had good customer service. There stuff was great, though I thought I was getting a flex section downpipe-that was why I had originally gone with them. They offered to put one on, but after taking out the original with no flex it was fine. They got back to me quickly.

I'm glad all of you have had a great experience but for me I guess I am not important enough to help out or at least give me the exhaust I paid over $1000 for. I guess me calling over 100 times, leaving emails, voice mails, and PM's for the last 2 weeks isnt good enough. Maybe I'm not trying hard enough......

all I freaking want is a tracking # so I can make sure I will be here when my exhaust gets shipped. I will be leaving town for 15 days and I dont want my exhaust sitting on my porch for 15 days.

I have been told 3 seperate times it had been shipped out but yet I ask for a tracking # and they just say we will call you back.. NOTHING ........ so I try to call email and PM and still ..... NOTHING ..............

I dont expect it to take well over a month to get some one an exhaust
