Removal of valve cover

Okay guys I am getting ready to do some major clean up and modification, I wanted to paint/ powdercoat my valvecover. Im going for the black on black on black look, and once me and bobby12many get finished you will see pics. However the rest is top secret for now. 05 will be the year of black thats all Im gonna say.

So heres the deal, I need to remove my valve cover to get it to the powdercoater. Is powdercoating bad for the valvecover??? Also will storage overnight be ok w/o the cover on. and what if any relube / add oil will I have to do when I get it back.

Thanks in advance.
