My TC has been whining MONTHS before i installed my ACT clutch. If i go to my dealer and try to get my TC changed, will the ACT clutch affect it? Can they PROVE that the ACT clutch caused it even tho it started whining long before the act wit the oem clutch? Theyre not gonna believe me if i tell em the whine started before the clutch anyways. Thanks

 

They will most defidently claim that the new clutch caused more stress to the TC. And they will deny your warrenty claim.

 

yep.sorry. mitsu sucks at warr.i had the same problem,i have the act in also,so they won't fix it for free.you can try still.
