Go there, and grab Windows XP Image Resizer. Once installed, all you have to do is right click on a picture and select resize. Also works with multiple pictures. Choose the size you want and thats it, done. Just thought I would share what I found in case anyone needed it. Maybe this could be a sticky somewhere...

These are pretty old :P

You should check out the virtual desktop manager.. it's pretty neat too.

Instead of having to resize images myself.. I use Gallery which does it all for you Just upload the pic and shazzam
