K I was missin a boost pill in the compressor side so I got 1 put it in and the 2nd restrictor pill is there too. I was boostin .9bar before and now.....its the damn same!!! What could be the damn problem. Don't think its a leak ciuz when I floor it, it holds steady at .8-.9 bar and doesn't move up n down. What could it be?!?!?!?!?!?

reset your ecu.

is the intake nipple connected as well?

the intake nipple goes on the top of the actuator and the bottom one goees to the turbo nipple and the wastegate.

Isn't that how it is. The wastegate and compressor side connect to a tee and lead to the actuator

yeh, that's how it works. you don't connect your bov to the actuator tho.

the turbo and wastegate is connected with T fitting and goes to the actuator.

The intake hose goes to the actuator.

Bov goes to the intake manifold.

what sorta MBC or EBC were you using before? I'm thinking you're trying to go back to stock?

I don't think your bov is connected right. It should just be connected to the hose that's connecting to the intake manifold.

if it is not connected right it will only boost to .8 or .9 because you wastegate spring wont allow you to boost any more so my guess would be make sure all the lines are connect right. Undo you battery and step on the brakes about 15 times and let is sit for five min. That will reset everything. But i do know you stock wastegate only allow that much boost without the actuator working correctly.

Ok I clicked the link to the hallman mbc install and it shows I gotta cap things off. I don't think I need to do that or want to. I just want stock setup with my aftermarket bov n intake. so what ur saying is connect my bov to the manifold, but where. Is there a pic of where exactly I fit it to? If I d/c the intake from where its plugged into now, what do I do with that port. Any more help would be great thx

the bov hose should be straight from intake manifold to the bov and that's it.

intake connects to the actuator.

i'd like to see your bov, there should only be one hose on the bov.

There's 3 in total but 2 of them connect to a tee which makes it 1 and the other line goes to a little port on the lower right side of the valve cover. Area. This is all confusing cuz if i try to plug intake 2 valve cover, the small hose isn't big enough to fit onto the intake, where on the manifold does the bov line go, and what do I do if I unplug the intake from the side of the valve cover. Do I leave that port open. That sketch I drew illustrates my setup. U should be able 2 figure it out if u look close or ill try to draw up another 1
