It's not "just a small tach". It is a Stack ST8110SR. It displays:

-Engine Speed
-Wheel Speed
-Odometer
-Trip-meter
-Oil Pressure
-Oil Temperature
-Water Temperature
-Fuel Pressure
-Fuel Level
-Battery Voltage
-Boost Pressure

It also records peak values for all of the above parameters. It is programmable to display alarm indicators for user-defined values. No cluttered and confusing dashboards and A-pillars. But the coolest feature is...

LAP TIMING and PREDICTIVE LAP TIMING

Now after that explanation it sounds very cool! lol, i'll check back to see where you install it.
