just installed Greddy Ti exhaust

My impressions is that it is one dam loud exhaust. I dont know if they all sound like this or not but maybe its the titanium but OMG the sound is so deep I got a bit of a headache at first. Maybe I need to get used to it or something but I just dont hope it gets louder later on. Luckily I drive only 5 miles to work and I have a silencer for long trips just incase. Now I know why they come with silencers

BTW do you think I need to get a exhaust shield? Did yours turn color or melt your bumper paint?

I will get a sound clip within a few days. [IMG][/IMG]

Looks Great!! but you might want to invest in a heat shield as your exhuast sits pretty close to your bumper. I think lancershop sells them.

You need to check your install. From the picture the tip is way too close to the bumper. Mine has at least 1/2 in between the tip and the bumper cutout. Could just be it looks that way from the angle which you photographed it.

you need to adjust your exhaust, and sound is not due to the ti, it's the fact that the metal is so thin, you could do the same with stainless, although you usually see much thicker stainless because stainless corrodes.

Your internals look a bit small. Is that with the silencer?

from what i can see it looks like you might need an exhaust shield becuase it looks like its right at the egde of you bumber. you should get a shield if your planning on running your car with out a cat but if you like that burnt look on you white car its all good.

The silencer is in black color so that picture you see is without the silencer. Also when I took the picture it wasnt completely installed yet, it was hanging on the other side )opposite side of tip) thats why its angled up and pointed upwards. When crowched down its perfectly straight once it was done.

As long as I keep the stock cat my bumper should be ok right?
