EGT guage question

Is there anyone out there that makes a guage that I can turn off when I dont want to monitor its information? I am looking to spend $200 for this, anything in that area? Just curious...

why not add switch into it? might work.

You could definately add a switch to the ignition power line.

Why would you want to do this?
