what do yall think the next evos hp is gonna be at. from the looks of the new eclipse id expect over 300 since the evo is supposed to be its best car, unless theyre changing over to the eclipse since its so popular here in the us. the nine i hope would be at 300 at least. and im still holdin out that the x will be 350. thats prob y mitsu is so gungho on the x is cause its gonna really be

 

i think it'll be at around 345...
300 for fuel and 45+ for electric boost..

 

the IX base spec GSR (non FQ) will be 330hp/ 330lb/ft I believe

This thread is all speculation. The odds are that the hp isn't going to be a crazy jump from what we have now. Look at the Evo we're getting now, it's not even up to par with the rest of the world. As for anyone thinking 400hp, that's not happening anytime soon. And if it ever does you can bet the farm that it's gonna cost a sh*t load of money.

im just holdin out. with the new eclipse being a 60 hp bump whats to say that such bumps wont be there for the evo? especially the x since its when theyre going to have whatever new engine and what not?

 

come on you guys, the US emissions are tough. Thats the major reason why the US version is differest from the JDM or Europian Evo. The Evo IX will prabably have 300 if were lucky.
