Unhappy Weird sound. Help!

I'm hearing a weird sound coming from the car, like a bzzzz / bzzzzz sound. This intermittent "bzzzz"just appears when I turn on the light and high lights or when the fan starts to cool the engine. Weird because when I was running with hot Iznama hyper voltage system (voltage stabilizer) I couldn't hear the bzzz sound. I would say, similar of the bee sound. Maybe a electric problem?

Check to see if one of your clamps on your intercooler piping is nicking the cooling fan

I do not think that is the intercooler clamp because I hear this sound with the fan off and with the lights on.
I believe that is an electrical problem...
I suspect of the satellite blocking system (cut the ignition and fuel) that the car had before....
Is there some test that I can do by myself?

sounds like your fan relay could be going bad. Have you added anything aftermarket electrically? 99% of the time that is what causes problems in cars hehe.

There's a recall for that fan relay. take it in to the dealer and get it replaced.
