There is no need for a turbo timer. Just run your car easy the last few miles before you shut it off. When was the last time you saw true race cars sitting in the pits idling before they turn them off? That's why there are cool down laps.

If you ever had a oil temp gauge, you'd see that during idle, your temps rise. Complete opposite of what the turbo timer is supposed to do.

Oh, and just for you:
