Will anyone be able to record the webcast or will it be available for download in the future? I'd like to see it when it starts but I'll be on the road.

 

Ill be out too damnit! If it will be in ASF format there is a program called ASFRecorder that will nab it. Hopefully, someone can record it for those that wont be here.

I here ya, I was stoked when I heard the live broadcast was going to be @ 11:55, then I realized the time conversion. I have a meeting @ 1:30. It is going to be really tight trying to make it back in time. ANYONE WHO CAN PLEASE RECORD. Hell we will all wanna watch it more than once anyway

 

ASFRecorder will do mostof the file formats. If you goto http://mitsubishicars.com/MMSA/jsp/evo/index.jsp now and click on the view webcast link it brings up a popup with an embedded video in it. If you rigth click on it and go down you will see the link to the video. Everyone who might be around and want to record it here is a link to tell you how http://www.ravensperch.com/asfrecorder.shtml That has the program too.

 

I have a feeling they'll eventually document the video themselves, no? I tried to dl the asf recorder but it seems corrupted... I can't unzip it.

Yeah, someone needs to "back it up" for MMSA. Just in case they lose their copy.

 

Don't worry, the Evo website said the webcast archive will be avaiable shortly.

Ah well, doesnt sound like anything TOO exciting happened anyway. Only a confirmation of the MSRP.

 

After watching the live webcast, I thought I was going to cry. Just the way they presented the EVO, and the official news that Ralliart is coming to America!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you guys are'nt excited, then you have no idea. Now we get the cool $hit. Even for you NA lancer owners out there, you better believe there are some performance parts headed your way. I am soooooooooo excited. Now the official count is three. TRD for toyota, Mazdaspeed for Mazda, and RALLIART 4 MITSU!!!!!

Plus I'm hoping for the return of the GTO, as it will be needed in the lineup since the RX8 and MKV Supra will be returning.

 

I believe he said there would be a Ralliart version of the Lancer and other models
