Temperature gauge climbs when idle? Cold weather to blame?
Ok.. so
Went down, got some pre-mixed winter coolant. Filled the radiator all the way up, took about half to two thirds gallon. Let the car run for a while, turned up the heat. TOok about 10 minutes, then it started to overflow out the radiator. I let it keep coming out, then it started to go down. Kept filling it up. It became full again. Let it sit for a good 20 minutes, it heated up to normal temperature, and the heat was working fine. The temp of the coolant began to rise, so I know it was being cycled. Put the cap back on, moved the car.. there was coolant all over from when it came out the top.. so found a new spot to park on the snow, and there was a bunch there when I moved it too, so figured I would take it around the block to get the excess off so I could get a better judgement. Came back, threw some paper towels on the ground. Parked over it, let it idle for about 10 minutes, moved it, and there was a little spot about the size of a quarter on the towels. I moved it again over the towels just to make sure it was leaking, however I didnt see any on the ground. So at this point I dont know if its leaking or not. Its so cold out so I cant tell if the exhaust is whitish or not. I put in about a gallon and a 1/4 total.
So I guess at this point I'll take it somewhere local to ahve it pressure tested. Hopefully it will turn up a leak somewhere.

I just took it to a local shop where they performed a pressure check, which turned up nothing. They told me to call the dealer and see if they are aware of any problems of this nature, and to take it to them as it may be under warranty still. (With a boost controller I doubt I'll have a waranty anyway) What do you guys think?
