I was wondering if anyone has any websites that explaing how WRC cars are designed and all the good stuff they have on them.

like antilag, water injection, chassis stiffening,
i'lve looked for a long time and seen nothing, even a book that may talk about that stuff, its intresting the stuff they come up with to make these 4 cyl turbos run like crazy!!!

some of the stuff is available. subaru's car is built by a company called prodrive. i am pretty sure the company is at www.prodrive.com they also build 550 maranello for le mans and such. also ralliart is the mitsu teams company. just keep serching. another great page is www.bensrallyclassifieds.com . not so much parts, but spec built cars all over the world

 

You cant afford any of it so why even wonder. Hence the new rule changes from FIA.

WRC coverage on Speed Channel had Evo WRC car Explained. pretty interesting how they designed the car purely on aerodynamics.

 

So because you can't afford it you can't be interested and read about it??
