Talking Anyone with bushur exhaust help!!!

hey whats up im having problems with puting it on. on the slip jointson the pipe also slide in with each other or just the clamps go over both ends of the exhaust ?? for some reason its not setting right its sticking out really bad i have a helix downpipe and buschur test pipe please help me thanks people i have no transportaion

Don't tighten the band clamp until you push the one pipe into the other and get the length right. Then tighten the band clamp as hard as you can.

and then rebend some mounts to make it fit right, and then tie the exhaust to your rear tow point so it doesnt drift over and melt the bumper, then weld the muffler on so it stops falling off...

Amen to that Boosted! Just put mine on this morning. Got it on and then went back this afternoon and started the bending process. Once it is centered the way I want I'll be visiting a muffler shop to weld the muffler to the mid pipe and get rid of that stupid band clamp. Used my 450 ft lb air impact wrench and got both bolts all the way to the stops on the band clamp and I can still rotate the muffler. wtf. How hard can it be for David B. to make a system with flanges throughout and have the lengths within a 1/4" of stock? However, nice price, nice sound and nice power.
