Just grabbed a '05 Evo MR? and noticed that there is no IC Sprayer on it. Any reason? should I add one, and if so how much is it going to cost?

If ANYONE has noticed any significant gain from the IC sprayer, please post it...mine does absolutly jack except entertain my friends

 

The place that held the resevoir is now used for your ACD.

 

Which does A LOT more good than the IC spray, I'll trade you my IC spray for your ACD though

ive talked to ppl with it...and they have...but dont just put water....if u can find DryIce...use that or...a 50-50 mix w/ rubbing alcohal...those both work and give u a colder spray....and those notice it pulls harder. so it does help espicilay(speeling ) in hot condtions.

 

wouldn't the alcohol mix evaporate?

 

alcohal and water mix...no it should't....but use that ur goin out to race and what not...i would just use H2O for drving around..

Haha thats so true my friends like to play with the IC spray too it gets annoying haha

 

I've had people ask if my car can switch between manual and automatic....but I have heard that changing the mixture seems to make it spool a teenie bit faster in hot weather

 

throw some dryice in UTEvo...i bet u notice a diff doing long pulls in 3rd-4th gear.

Not right now I wouldn't, it's a nice frosty 30 degrees here I'd probably end up with a frozen intercooler, however, like I said, I've heard of people noticing a bit of difference with things like that
