Question ? About flashes and S-AFC

I'm in the process of buying a '03 Evo with a Buscher intake, RMR downpipe and cat delete, HKS exhaust, MBC, and Walboro fuel pump. Next I'd like to do a flash or S-AFC but am confused on which way to go. I've done searches but keep getting conflicting theories. Should I get both or just a flash? I live in Idaho so custom tunes are out of the question. How much power am I going to be looking at putting down with the various flashes and these mods? I would like to run boost at 20 or 21lbs. Since everything will have to be mail in who offers the best reflashes and flexibility. Thanks for any advice from people with various flashes and companies that offer them but please don't flame each other. Thanks!!

Flash if you're not going to mod the car anymore. S-AFC w/ a wideband O2 sensor if you're gonna keep modding.

Yeah tell me about it I've tried doing searches but end up more confused then before. The problem is as far away from tuning shops as I am I don't want to have to send my computer to be reflashed ever other month but at the same time I'm going to have to do all the tunign on a S-AFC myself with no dyno. Sometimes it sucks living in BFE!!

safcII you can buy it and tune your car. i recommend this if you arent going to go hardcore into the car. its nice and helps out alot on a stock car. i never did or will like flashes all that money for a one time deal and even more to get another flash. its stupid IMO no offense to people that have it
