radio presets gone? how can it be?

What can make the radio presets become erased and the CD you had inside eject but at the same time, NOT reset the clock time, the trip, or the CELs and the ECU?

is this with the stock headunit? if it was aftermarket maybe a loose wire or something.

there is a memeroy wire that hooks up to the back of the head unit i think that it is yellow but i dont quite remember. check them all theres not to many wires back there
