i'm sorry, but i'm really partial to the blue. i admit the red looks better than other red cars i've seen around but it's a ticket magnet so i couldn't afford that. but, i've seen all the colors and damn it! it's an EVO!!! any color looks hella good.

I like yellow the best. It makes your car stand out from all the other ones. Black is a close second but its probably a pain to clean. Silver is third. Red is fourth. I don't like white cuz its too plain and I wouldn't want blue cuz it makes the evo look tooo much like the STi

It's funny because I like every color better than silver on this car but if I get one it would be in silver.
Btw, white will show the most defects in the paint, like dark spots etc. It also shows tar the easiest and tar is a ***** to remove sometimes.
Black shows all the dirt PLUS all swirl marks and even the lightest scratches.
They are both equally tedious to maintain but both look BEAUTIFUL when clean.

The best color is medium purple mica, but we can't get it here. If you check the registry here for Evo VIII GSRs, you can see the color. Originally that was what I wanted, but then it was unavailable. I like the blue, but I think I am going to have it color-sanded, shoot a few coats of candy silver, then shoot several coats of clearcoat with metal flake in it. Should lighten the blue up and metallicize things nicely.

Blacks best, in the UK the black is called amethyst. I reckon the 8 looks the most imposing in black.

White was my first choice, then red. Dealership only had blue (third choice) at the time so I took it. Black and silver are both nice but I already have two silver subarus and I would never buy another black car after owning two before.
