yea i would like to know too. i mean does mitsu just try to make changing bulbs a *****? how would they do it at the dealership?

 

no HIDs in the 05's...that sucks...good thing i got the SSL package

 

the non HID low beams are 9006, regardless of which year.

 

take the bumper off..its way easier because you can take the headlights out completly and work on them . I couldnt imagine how hard itd be to "go through the fender"?? Might risk breaking the bulb or somethign else getting it in there. my .02. theres only like 3 bolts holding ther healight on, form there its just harnesses. simple. Btw what hids are you upgrading to? I just put the 12k in mine..

remove bumper...save yourself the hassle of being a lazy *** and going through the fenderwell...
