No; It comes both marker, and paint tube/brush. ask dealer to get you which one you like. The marker is the schnizzle

I thought it depended on the color you need. Some have the pen, some come in the bottle with brush.
I may be wrong.

I have the marker and love it. Just use marker and then you filp it over and apply the clear. Comes out pretty good.
