Current bid $1,025
That's a hell of a lot better than $30k!

The bid is for the amount you are willing to pay OVER MSRP.

So right now, with that bid amount, the real bid is $33,025

Man people on ebay are pretty tricky. At first I thought the person was mad for such low bids for a new car. Then read the terms of sales then got enlightened by what the bid price actually meant.

yeah half the people that bid probably won't notice that. they'll think it's a deal until the bids get in the 15-20,000's!

Do you think someone will complete an auction for a car when the seller has 1 feeback? Doubt that deal will end well.

Did they make a mistake and forget to put a reserve on it. I don't see it saying anywhere "reserve not yet met".

Okey, never mind, I just figured it out.

"The bid will be the amount over M.S.R.P.(about $32,000.00)"

That is just stupid.

I think in ebays rules though...real estate and auto auctions are not legally binding. The person is given a chance to see the car before making a decision. I think that is the way ebay states it...I may be wrong.

Since the seller is an idiot he left himself wide open. The winning bidder can always say that they agreed to buy a twin turbo car (as per the auction), and the dealer is only providing a single turbo car. Since the actual item is not as stated, the contract is void.

It's funny how car salespeople are usually idiots first, liars second. Rather than lying, the seller actually thinks a twin-scroll turbo means the Evo is twin-turbo.
