Got my forge VTA bov, quick comment on it

well i got my forge VTA bov, got it off a member here, well when i opened it, i liked the bov right away. it looks nice. well after 15min of tryna get the right spring/shim combo, i got it right and it sounds great, light surging though at lower RPMs but overall its nice, but i still miss the sound of my HKS SSQ but not the bogging, surging, and idle dropping of it. well just wanted to let everyone know its a nice piece. i like it. only question is, can water enter that bov and mess it up during rain cuz my hood vent is open, no heat guide.

the blow off valve is closed until it vents and when it does, it is under pressure as it VTA's, so my answer would be no to the rain entering. And instead of switching BOV's, you can just keep the one you like and get the HKS electronic idle stabilizer and no more MAS problems, it will run as if you have a MAP sensor. And you said this was your seventh, so it would be cost effective.
