I bought my 03 Evo couple days ago and it came from California...I was just curiouis to know if and since they are California are they made any different then regular Evos in other states where emissions arent as strict as Cali? Also are they tuned to use only 91 octance or whatever it is they have over there? I am in Chicago and we have 93 here so obviously I would like to get this fix somehow if possible. I am hoping that if these are all issues a nice DynoFlash will fix this or something. Any info would be great guys.

 

All stock evos in the us have the same exact tune.

With my tuning the cali 91 gets a very weak tune compared to chicaho 93 octane
