My dealer in Michigan said that all dealers will have one or two designated sales people for the EVO, that will know it up and down. (This is the cool part) They are also having them come to Detroit to test drive the EVO on the first of Feb.
Now this is what i am being told, i am also trying to get invited to go, which would be unreal.
If i do go i will take my G-tech and get some numbers for the board. I also have a digital camera that will be by my side taping every second. I will keep everyone posted.

The dealer that i am working with is Mitsubishi, in Grand Rapids. And the testing will be done in Detroit somewhere. I was the second guy on there list to get an EVO, but now the guy that was in front of me pulled out his deposit to go buy an STi. So i am now first in line to get the first EVO that they get, which is the Yellow, w/high spoiler, and sunroof. Can't wait to find that guy on the road with his Sti and smoke him. My dealer also said he tried to come back and change his mind like 2 days later, it was to late, and he is now last in line but said he was still getting the Sti. There is like 16 people with deposits up here. Just at the one dealership. I think there getting one in every color, but yellow is taken

But realistically, why would the dealership send you instead of one of their own salepeople?

I would not go alone (i wish) but with the salesperson who is selling me the car. He was invited and he asked me to go with him, didn't i state that before .

Any who, he just told me that they have another open spot for a deposit at there dealship if anyboy is intrested?
