How much????
How much????
Just curious.
I have a '95 Eclipse with 31K certified miles.
I live im mass with 5% sales tax.
Basically, how much will I get in a trade, and how much extra in cash will I have to pay for either the Evo or the Sti.
I'm in too minds over either, and was just looking for what you might think.

The tires are the proper size and match and are new or nearly new. A clean title history is assumed. This is an exceptional vehicle.

Keep in mind that the dealer must then absorb the cost of making the vehicle ready for sale, advertising, sales commissions, arranging financing and insurance and standing behind the vehicle for any mechanical or safety problems.

Go to www.edmunds.com. Their pricing reports are the most accurate.
You'll do better if you sell the car yourself, rather than trade it in. You can probably get an extra $1000 or more. If you can just take the time... put an ad in the local paper.

The dealers use the Kelly Blue Book ( www.kbb.com) for the trade-ins in CA.

Edmunds is more accurate... it's what every dealer I know (anywhere in the country) uses to price their own cars...
KBB value might be what they quote you... but Edmunds' value is what your car is worth...
yes def. sell your car privately rather than a trade in at the dealership. And if you are going to sell your car for about the same price as edmunds or kbb show that information to the buyer, they like that.
