Gauge pod opinion.
If you had to choose between these two pods which would you choose?

Full molded pod for $160. Looks nice but a bit expensive.

Or just the bezel for $65? I'm personally leaning to the bezel just because of the price.
Anyone with either pod would like to comment?

Obviously the 2nd one is more attractive because of the price. But, the first gauge pod looks like it is angled towards the driver a bit more. I'd like to see it at different angles, but that's the only pic I found.

go with 42 Draft designs. The aluminum panel fits flush with where your radio goes, you can get it with black faced VDO's, looks clean, and you can get it for $215 with 3 gauges. can't beat that. of course you need the radio relocation kit which is like 50 bucks or so, but you can't beat the price. I'm planning on getting this pod when i have the cash

Is there a problem with visibility on these setups? I'm using a molded A-Pillar setup. I would think it might be difficult to view the gauges as you're driving, although I understand the benefit of not advertising your gauges. I think the 42 looks cleaner and more professional. Sport the extra cash and go with what you like. It'll cost more when you're not happy and upgrade to the 42 anyways!
