Nahh, let's keep it so we can talk about the possibility that the Evo 7 we get will really be the Evo 8; whether there will be a 6 speed tranny by the time we get it; whether we get the ACD and AYC, intercooler sprayer, Recaros, HID option, etc, etc .............
And of course if there is gonna be an Automatic option.

Funny you should mention the EVO 8.
I just got this mail from Xtreme-autos who were going to import the EVO 7's.
This is from a guy who works for Ralliart Spain so he is somewhat in the know.
Russ,
Thank you for your email. Our project to import E7 for US was superseded by MMS. They will bring E8 in September.

I'm bettin we get the Evo 8. By the time January 2003 comes around, Japan will already have or just be receiving the Evo 8. Isn't the typical lifetime for an Evolution model like 1.5 years or something?

I say we get rid of the rumors forum -- look at what a lousy job of predicting all of our combined resources managed on this one. The only thing we got right is that some version of the evo is coming, eventually.
