Damn! I just got me a EVO 8 with 6000miles on it and already overboosted!
I had a big detonation I think? very nice pickup and POP!
well the evo 8 drives absolutely fine at this moment!
it is finally hooked up to stock setting!
but drives pretty slow!
or afraid to punch it!
I am getting the boost gauge put on tomorrow!
you think, everything it OK?
what boost should I be running with stock setup?

what are the signs of detonation effects? like checking the exhaust for smokes?
or doing a compression check? I should know if something is wrong but everything is fine!
Please let me know what your suggestions are!
before you think, what a stupid Evo lover! I got a good deal on this evo and its actually for my wife@
whoever had it before, decide to get a boost controller before the gauge!!
I rather keep it stock!
