Question Boost leak testing?

When pressurizing the system to test for boost leaks, so you have to do it from the turbo compressor, or can I just remove the MAS and filter and hook it up to my hard intake pipe?

your best bet would be to do it form the compressor inlet. It isnt that hard to get to. If you do it from the MAF, your pressure is going to go into the valve cover and the other line that hooks up on the bottom of the intake pipe. I guess you could cap these off, but that is just testing another section that doesnt even need to be tested since it just draws in the air. Your best bet will just to use a coupler off the compressor inlet.
