Stolen EVO? or evo Rims? Anyone?

Just wanted to find out if any EVO has been stolen or rims ripped off as of now.. or our emobilizer is doing a good job... Please post if you have any news or even an attempt on an evo... Stolen head unist need not apply.

i had a set of wheels stolen at the mall... stock enkies... not powder coated... pep boy tires on them too... lolz... yeah.. it sucked... but it was my own fault for not securing it with wheel locks... of course now i know better

hey silvery eagle... i'm in long beach as well... where abouts in long beach are you?

yeah... they left the floor jacks.. this was really late at night... i was picking up my homegirl after her shift at work... came back to the car and i had no wheels to go home on

They tried to take the car, but the imobilizer did its job. $1,000 in damage.

Damn, they'll try to take anything in jersey. I'm surprised they didnt succeed. I went down to the local mitsu dealer here and some guys ran through an 05 with ssl the nite before. They left the car on bricks, but didnt touch anything on the interior. Those leather seats and door panels would have been mine. Someone must of spooked em because they left a screwdriver and some other stuff in the car.

Iam thinking to buy wheel locks, how much the dealer charge you for key and wheel locks? or you can buy it from any store?...

dealer has them... you can buy them at most auto parts places... try not to be too cheap with them... it's securing your property on the vehicle for the wheel locks...

You can get the wheel locks at Mitsubishipartsstore.com for around $18.00 plus shipping.
