If you read the article you see that the C6 vette had been totally ragged and was driving on severely worn tires. They stated that it was not very indicative of its potential.

The article isn't really about the cars at all, instead it is about how good the new xbox game forza is. The drivers were putting down remarkably realistic laps in the game.

Damn, thats impressive that the EVO MR beat out all those cars and still manages to be the least expensive (except maybe for the R32). Still, to go from an EVO to a corvette to an NSX to a Carrera GT......thats a bit of a jump. The GT is like over $400K, so it better had won that, otherwise its a total waste of cash. Oh well, this just proves how dominate the EVO is!

 

yes pinky, no need to shout, i was being sarcastic so let's not turn this into another srt4 thread hehe. (srt4 CAN be fast in straight line, that's a fact) evo is faster on a track than many cars that can take it in 1/4 or from a roll, that's the truth.

 

if you put in like a little bit more money in that MR it would spank the GT. bring on the FQ400

 

If you put a K20A engine in the Elise (like what lots of Elise owners do), it would spank the MR

 

has anyone ever seen the vid where the guy supposedly has K20 in an older civic hatch and does a 0-60 and when vtec engages he goes "vtec! **** that's fast!"
