just installed dcsport dp w/ cat delete, nology wire kit, ngk iridum spark plugs and apexi boost gauge which has been long overdue. the boost spikes as high as 24-25psi then returning to 20-21 psi, is this normal? the evo is a whole new beast, noticible hp gains.

 

Mine did that for a while. Now it only hits like 22.5/23psi then drops to 19 or so @ redline. It's due to the removal of the restrictions.


I was very impressed with the DC Sports downpipe.

 

Yeah mine spikes like that when it is cooler out.
