Just a headz up to everyone:

I paypaled AzNevo8 350 bucks for used rotors and bumper...This guy BS'd me for over a month telling me repeatedly that it was shipped, then dissapeared...

I filed a paypal complaint...they decided the complaint in my favor but said theres insufficient funds in his paypal account

im an idiot, i shoudve gotten more info from him b4 i made thr payment...

im gonna try to cancel the credit card payment, but if that doesnt work, any ideas? anyone else get ripped off by this POS?

He ( AzNevo8 ) should be banned from this site, well maybe we should let him explain his side. Still I'm favoring banning.

its pretty pathetic that people are big enough pieces of sh$t that they need to come onto EvoM and still $350 from a person in a stupid scam. Sorry to hear your plight, but other than the CC thing you already mentioned, you are basically not in a great position. Goodluck.

Sorry to hear man, hopefully cc company will back you. I've never tried preventing paypal payment in any way, but it works in other transactions.

hey, the same thing happened to my brother in-law a while back. He got with his own cc company about the trans. and they refunded the trans. so i would say go to the card company you used and talk to them. Just don't hope for speedy response. it took a few months for my brother to resolve the whole ordeal.

unfortunate...should give him a chance at his side of story. As I recall, he's a frequent visitor and poster on this site.

i had a similar situation to you, only solution now is contact your CC company, what they'll do is try to get the money back from him and if they cant within 10 days, they'll give you the money back through the bank. EvoM is getting full of scam artists now. We should start requiring SSN's when u sign up.

Paypal sucks in general but it's convenient.. BUT using your credit card was smart... Go talk to them and ask for help cause I've had problems with paypal also and those jackasses didn't do ****. Now most of my transactions are through creditcard and not checking account on paypal. Live and learn.

you need to call your credit card and explain to them.. and do a "charge back"
this will then get your money back from paypal.

the reason paypal said he doesnt have funds is because his account has zero in it, as most of us dont have money in paypal.

the cc will refund you the money you paid paypal,
because you paid paypal then paypal paid him.

paypal will throw a fit. but you get your money back.
and so does paypal since they have ALL his info. ( need to have bank account to get money from paypal)
