I have had a bunch of bad luck with my current parking lot. I already have an awful spot under a ton of trees, which house a vast amount of birds, so my car is covered in **** constantly, and already they have towed my car and caused 8000$ in damaged. Tonight I noticed some unsavory types hanging around the lot, and I am pretty sure my car is going to be broken into any day now. Sadly I am under a contract until August for this lot, but after then I am getting the **** OUT.

The only other parking choice besides street parking (no way in hell) is a parking garage. A parking garage near me offers monthly parking and has reserved spots on the lower levels for monthly pass holders. It looks pretty secure and is in a decent part of town.

Does anyone here park in a garage and have any advice?

Horror or praise stories?

i park in a parking garage for a couple hours every week. not daily like you need. and even when i see hoodlums lurking around, my car is fine every time i come back to it. *knock on wood*
