How much should I pay for installing these parts?

Hello guys,

I have a 05 MR and I am getting some CAMS install and also springs TEIN S. I went to a few places to get estimates and when they show me the labor the CAMS shows an average of 4.8hours for remove/install.
As per the springs alsmot identical times 4.9 hours. I don't have the time to do it myself and I wish to have them install profesionally but what is a good price for installing both? How much did you guys pay for the labor?

Last but not least, did I made a good decision on buying HKS 264/264? my car is always oriented for driving with 91 Oct and foremost reliability. Here are the list of my mods and please let me know if the 264's are a good choice for what I want( fast spool up, great low end torque, great power in the lower band ,driving in town.

Works Downpipe 3"
Works cat 3"
Greddy Evo 3"

Thnaks for your replies.

264s are good for what you want. What are you doing for a tune afterwards?

4.8 for cams seems high. There are a few members that do them and they probably know more about the 4g63 then some of the shops you visited. $125-200 done privately.

Springs without an alignment is about a 3 hour job max. I'd do it for like $200 (if you weren't 3000 miles away)

I paid $150 for labor to have my Tein S-Tech installed and 4-wheel aligned. I was quoted $300 for cam install when I get those later.

150 with alignment is a steal.

From: Detroit, man!
Springs installed was about a 6-pack and pizza for my friends and myself!
4 wheel alignment to my specs was about $80 at a local hot rod shop that does pretty good work.
