I installed a Profect B Spec II boost control unit and am boosting at 19/20 psi. With only a drop in filter, and Greddy SP2 Catback exhaust, is it safe to boost at this level without doing anything else? What's the general rule of thumb?

you should be absolutely fine, most people run that psi with the mods you have

 

Well if you don't get some tuning/reflash for your mods and continue running at 20psi... I'd have to tell you to really think about getting your car tuned.

I got a reflash for my mods and I have to say it's so worth it. Car runs better, stronger and probably safer than not having it tuned.
