Which? Have you checked the prices that they're selling them at lately? I know most all the other dealers around here, except Renner are asking over MSRP.

 

I'm at MSRP on both....Since I am in the business, the "brotherhood" allows me a little leverage..
If it was over sticker at either, I would have walked away laughing. Then waited a few months and bought one for a discount. vehicles couldn't be hot sellers forever..

 

I know the GM at a dealaership who told me he would give it to me UNDER msrp!

 

Once again i went to my dealer and asked for an update. He told me last week it said "in transit" on the order. I was kinda skeptical although he told me it had previously said on order and built so i dunno what to believe but he told me once the order says in transit it's a maxinum of 2 weeks and that was as of last week.. So if he screwing with me i'll pissed I just don't know why mitsubishi doesn't come out with a press release telling all of us what is actually going on ..... If anyone wants i know my dealer isn't charging above msrp and they were allocated 2 a silver and a black one.. I got the silver one but if anyone wants me to check if anyone has the 2nd one let me know...

 

I just went to the sales tranning on the 10th and the factory guy said they have not shipped from Japan yet. He said in the midwest we can expect the cars to be in about the 2nd week of March.

It's already on water if they are going to Tocoma, WA on 3-3-03. It takes 3 weeks on water and needs to be custom cleared. Maybe that was the factory guys info as of last week?

I can't believe those ppl can't even get a 03 car out during January. It's not like they weren't ready to bring the evo over. Maybe people like Bryan Arnett are the guys who knows what they are doing and giving what the market wants Auto week given him credit for bring the evo and i guess the corporate guy in Japan are the fools who didn't prepare the evo 7 to sort of meet U.S. regulation to anticipate if the WRX sales go well. If mitubishi came out at the same time as the STi, both cars are so close that I just might go for the full blown subaru. I'm still confused on my decision after no acd, lsd thinging which the principal pisses me off!

 

Well this comes from a guy that thought the break in milage was 6000 miles before you can go over 5k rpm it is a 600 mile break in time.

I'm sorry, but wasn't it the administration that suggested we all went out and bought a couple of rolls of duct tape to seal up our windows and doors in an attempt to counter the threat/effect of a dirty bomb or chemical terrorism......man thats stupid.....just like telling Saddam months before we arrive "we're coming to check your weapons".....thats like a swat team giving the drug dealer a quick call to let them know they're on their way over...stupid, stupid ,stupid.......but I like the new Evo 8.
