Whats the diff between the slit and flanged dp by buschur? Im in the process of purchasing a slit one and wanna know if its gonna be a hassle to install on my straight pipe 3in exhaust (cat deleted).

 

what type of cat delete? Most likely you will only need an exhaust clamp to install. Thats what I had to do.

 

Unless your downpipe is unflanged on the front, your going to have to work to install a slip fit downpipe on a flanged testpipe. You will have to chop the flange on the testpipe and then get an exhaust clamp long enough to connect the downpipe and testpipe. If the testpipe is unflanged, you shouldn't have too much of a problem, but if it is flanged, you might as well get a flanged downpipe.
