No sliding around in mine I got SSl, Racing seats keep ya snug in the seat so leather cloth dont matter in the evo.

 

i have an 05 electric blue without the ssl package, the cloth seats are to my likeing the blue in the seats match the exterior somewhat and i havent got nothing but compliments on it. i mean this is a pure bred sports car. i feel there is no need for all that extra stuff in it. but i will be getting me a set of HIDS soon thats one thing that i do miss having.

i have the SSL EBlue and I am sliding in my leather recaros!!!! but can't live w/o the HIDs and Sunroof, leather looks cool though....

I would wait hell I waited almost 5 months for mine. I put my deposit unseen in October of 02 and did not get my Evo until March 03. It's worth the wait if it's what you want. Welcome to the Evo family!

 

if you don't get the ssl package the evo doesn't have HIDs???? i thought they were standard.

No, it didn't break. In 12 years of driving, stock stereos have yet to last longer than 1 month in my cars.

I've never slid in my seats after 1 year of "spirited" driving. They do an awesome job of holding you in place, plus they look great.
