I called the dealer to try and verify whether the front windshield was the same on both the regular lancer and the one on the evolution. Sure enough, the parts rep said the two cars have different part#'s. From earlier experiences, this does not mean that the two part #'s refer to two different parts.

So I called the local window repair shops and the only car they have listed was the lancer and not the evo. Because I do not live anywhere close to a mitus dealer, I cannot head over the simply compare my evo to the lancer. Anyone here know if the front windshields are the same?

They are NOT the same... hang on and I'll get the numbers for you.

 

Evo windshield = Mitsubishi part number: MR991637
Lancer windshield = Mitsubishi part number: MR533951
