I live in Kansas and go to quick trip because they get a top tier rating from some of the auto manufacturers, problem is their premium is only 91 octane.

It's almost all the same gas...................there are only about 3 or 4 different major gas shippers here in the US. So in other words when you say that you use Sunnuco 93 octain you are useing the same 93 octain that Mobil has. It's just the name change that people like................shipped from the same gas container

I live in Cali, and I use Chevron almost exclusively. There is a good reason for why I do this. At Chevron, the pump has three seperate hoses. One for 91, one for 89, and one for 87. If you go to other gas stations, they have a single hose for all three. The last thing I want when filling up with 91 is to get a hose blast of 87 before my 91 starts comming out. Whose bright Idea was it anyway to have one hose for 3 different grades? It just doesn' t make sense.

I thought I was the only one who realized that. That's seriously a good point...

How safe is it to put in a couple gallons of 110 mixed in with 93 in a stock evo?

I usually always go to Sunoco or Hess just because there are Americans working there that speak English, so when I say xx of 93, they dont reach for the 87.

Also, why support Exxon/Mobil? F them

Also, someone I know did say Sunoco is best. They also have 94!

It is leaded, but even if you DIDN'T hurt anything, you'd go slower as you'd be overly OVERLy rich with that much octane. Maybe 100 NON LEADED will give you some extra oomph, get some tuning or race gas does nothing.
